Commercial Real Estate has been and will continue to be a big part of my life. I have found, through self-educating, watching others, and deciding to take some big risks that the key to building wealth is not what we've been told all our lives. No longer is it possible to save your way to retirement or is it smart to invest in something you can't see or understand (stock market). I believe that real estate, specifically commercial, is the single best way to build wealth over the long term. And yes, I favor certain types of commercial real estate over others. But the point is that with an education, determination, and a strong enough desire, anyone can follow the path I'm on - a path to building wealth and financial freedom.
